All the times I’ve been here, I feel like I’ve had to wait way longer than necessary. Like, oil changes are 1 hour minimum, sometimes 1-1/2 hours. Even with an appointment. They always try to sell you services when you show up. Came in for a tire rotation? Oh yeah, your alignment is messed up and you need a transmission fluid exchange. Um...okay then. And even then, I had my alignment done here and when I drove away the steering wheel was super crooked. Turned around right away and brought it back. They said they, “made some tweaks” and gave it back. It still pulls but slightly to the other side. Whatever, any time you drive in to have work done you’re committing another hour / hour and a half of waiting and my time is valuable. Plus I’m sure they just rotated the tires and sent it back. In short, I’m going to avoid this place in the future if I can help it. Way longer wait times than needed, try to sell you on things you may not need, and the work that IS done is probably going to leave your car in worse shape than before. I’m even hesitant to bring my car back for a recall... On the plus side, their lobby is pretty clean with free refreshments. Which is nice, you know, because that tire rotation is going to take 3 hours. More

Their protocol was all followed with masks, etc. which I truly appreciated. Also their display room as well as bathroom were so shiny and clean. This was the 3rd new Honda Pilot we've gotten.
