I get service coupons sent to me every month, but they won’t even honor it. First told me my oil type wasn’t covered by the coupon even though it says it on the coupon. Then they tell me my car is too old won’t even honor it. First told me my oil type wasn’t covered by the coupon even though it says it on the coupon. Then they tell me my car is too old. It’s a shame that they pull this on me. Also I was told my inner tie rod was loose, but ended up being my outer tie rod. A local shop around my neighborhood was more honest. Next time, I will support the local businesses instead of the dealer. More
