Luther Brookdale Honda

For many years and many new Hondas purcased there, I have had really excellent service from Luther Brookdale Honda. However, the last time I brought my (under factory warranty) 2018 Honda Clarity in, the mai had really excellent service from Luther Brookdale Honda. However, the last time I brought my (under factory warranty) 2018 Honda Clarity in, the maintenance work that I requested was not even close to half-way completed, so I had to bring my Clarity back for a second time to complete the requested work. Then after the second trip with all recommended work completed, I still had a messeage on my Clarity dash display that service is needed. I asked Brookdale Honda to fix that or the related issue, but they couldn't reset the message or do any work so that it wouldn't appear, and it remains a problem. Therefore, the maintenance minder doesn"t work properly so that I know when my Honda Clarity needs service, and they never had any good answers or solutions for my repeated questions:"How do I know when to do the recommended maintenance"? And "If I sold my Clarity now, what should the prospective buyer think"? I've been told that Honda has no answers for this problem either. So at least a 3rd trip into Service to seek a solution, and that doesn't really work for me. It's not what I'm used to, and I'm not satisfied with my last service experience at Brookdale Honda. After 5 new Hondas purcased and all my service work done there, my most recent 2020 new car purchase was not a Honda. More

Great fast service from all involved in my issue. The only issue I had with the service dept. was that I called Ashley to explain my problem and got her voicemail.
