Last few times I brought my in for service, it has been a disappointment with the mechanical service. My car is still making noice, car door handle is still sticking and it’s still driving rough. I texted th disappointment with the mechanical service. My car is still making noice, car door handle is still sticking and it’s still driving rough. I texted the customer service about these issues after my oil change and tire rotation. But, received no reply. I had to call and bring my car in. But, I’m still having the same problems. I was told I would need to pay per hour to have it examined. However, these problems started after my last visit. Last year, the mechanic left bolts and screws inside the hood of my car. I’m very disappointed. I brought my car at Luther and only have it repaired there. Now I’m thinking about trading my car in for a Toyota and at a different dealership:( More
