Everything was handled promptly and politely! However I went in for a emissions system problem. Our van worked well for a few weeks and the light is back on again. Dave was extremely pushy and rude about not wanting to finance, get an extended warranty, or gap coverage through their dealer. My credit union offered all of these services for less money and better cust finance, get an extended warranty, or gap coverage through their dealer. You could tell that the higher ups were making all of the decisions in terms of giving me a low ball offer on my trade. They also wouldn’t allow a personal check when the funds would’ve been in my account the next day when they check would be cashed anyhow. Literally every other dealer allows this. I would not buy another car from this dealership. Only reason I bought this vehicle was because of the vehicle itself. My wife bought a different vehicle from another Luther dealership and got a free oil change and a service appointment. However this vehicle was twice the price and they wouldn’t even offer a free oil change... seriously what a way to get a customer to come back! More
