Had a 1:00 appointment for 20 min of work. My car was not even brought in until 2:15. Told the appointment is only “to speak with the advisor”. Didn’t get out of there until 3:15. First tome trying this dealer. Bad experience with the service technician and my oil change. No communication during service, however was told I at the end I had all these things wrong with 2014 Honda CRV service technician and my oil change. No communication during service, however was told I at the end I had all these things wrong with 2014 Honda CRV. I don't believe it! Service Manager called and said he'd offer a complimentary service check, but his email only offered 2 free oil changes and said nothing about what he offered to keep me as a customer. My recommendation is to try the Honda dealer in IVG or Coon Rspids. More
