I have been coming to Brookdale Honda for 15 years and always had good service, But this visit I had a new guy, and was very dissatisfied with my service. I had the "B" service with oil change and he cam always had good service, But this visit I had a new guy, and was very dissatisfied with my service. I had the "B" service with oil change and he came and told me I needed 2 new air filters, which they had already taken out, because I saw them, so he told me it would be 30.00$ for one, and 30. Some, for the other one. So I said yes. Imagine my surprise, when I got to the desk to pay, when he charged me another 69.00$, to put the filters in!! Which he never told me about!!! More
