Scheduled oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment to have my oil changed at 6 pm. I arrived and got checked in with one of the employees at 5:45 pm. He told me that it shouldn’t be longer than an hour. I waited an hour and a half to ask for an update on my car. They told me it was still be serviced and that it was busy. I reminded them that I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 6 and why would it take this long with an appointment. I didn’t get my keys to my car until 8:20 pm. This oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Either incompetence of how they take appointments or total incompetence on their employees. I will never go back here for anything and I have been telling friends and family member how embarrassingly terrible this experience was. More
