Very disappointed as they offered $4000 less than Carmax and not willing to match for a trade Price was right on the purchase of my 2017 Honda Civic. Very disappointed as they offered $4000 less than Carmax and not willing to match for a trade-in value! No explanation why, they were not even in kbb range. The manager told me I could take the Carmax offer and apply it to the loan. This was my third purchase in the last 10 years with Brookdale Luther. I was very happy the first two times not so much this time. As far as closing the deal signing final loan papers the woman there was excellent to work with very thorough and quick! More

2018 Honda Odyssey exl I wouldn’t give this service center a star at all because I wasn’t even greeted or helped when we showed up there after standing at the entrance for a I wouldn’t give this service center a star at all because I wasn’t even greeted or helped when we showed up there after standing at the entrance for about 5 minutes and the service guy Mark Perra had lied to us about a rental car agreement. Brought in our brand new 2018 Honda Odyssey exl for a dead digital speedometer/radio/dvd/navigation with only 1800 miles and less then 2 months of owning( Big SAFETY issue). I was also told there was no openings for that day to get our car fixed as if he was trying to push us out until I told him can I drop the car off due to our safety concerns. Mark had stated to me and my wife that the rental will be covered under warranty that we wouldn’t pay a dime unless it’s a car insurance issue then we would have to pay. Service took forever as if they were just stalling time just to make money off the rental that we took from them not knowing that we had to pay until we brought the car back. Mark Perra and his team didn’t even know how to repair the issue and all of a sudden it worked out of the blue he stated. He also lied that nothing was fixed/replaced but then tells us we had a dead cell in the battery and they replaced it. I wouldn’t recommend this service center to anyone unless you bought WARRANTY coverage through this dealership. Talked to Mark Perra over the phone and in person about his dishonesty about the rental car and he denied saying the rental was under warranty. Another thing is that they stated that they replaced our car battery for a new one but when I opened the hood and looked before I left the dealership there was no sign of any repairs like hand/fingerprints just a dusty engine bay. After this rating manager Lucas Smith contacted me about their service that they gave us and I told him how everything went down and he said to contact him and they care a lot about customer service. Called him 10/10/2018 and 10/11/2018 and no answers or call back when CUSTOMER service is number 1 to them. Sun Lee More
