Unorganized My service rep was good. When I pulled in it was utter chaos. People were budging in front of each other. I waited at least 30 mins to get checked in. My service rep was good. When I pulled in it was utter chaos. People were budging in front of each other. I waited at least 30 mins to get checked in. Nobody was directing cars of where to go, nobody was moving them. Cars were parked in line outside of the express service lanes (3 lanes). Nobody cared, either. One girl rep named Payton (sp?) was so rude- I told her I was in a rush, and she helped another car. All I’m saying was that there needed to be more direction... where’s any management? On a better note, I forgot something in my car, and came back to find it. Ben went and got my car, pulled it up front, so I could get my carton of eggs. 👍😃 More
