Damage I went in for an oil change and maintenance check. All that went fine. Also had my tire repaired. A different level of service I was shopping around for SUVs since I moved from Canada to Minneqpolis and needed a car for conmuting that at the same time would serve as an utility I was shopping around for SUVs since I moved from Canada to Minneqpolis and needed a car for conmuting that at the same time would serve as an utility car. We started with Honda in the Richfield MN dealership, but what a bad service, the guy there seemed like he did no wanted to sell cars at all, he did not give us a quotation we asked because he just does that for people that want to buy the car right away also the dealership did not have brochures and during the test drive we were not taken through the highway. We were dissapointed and tried Subaru, Toyota and Ford with very good service, however we wanted to give Honda another chance and we went to Brookdale Luther Honda dealer, and we were greeted by Megan and we felt the difference right away, what a good service, and compared with our previous experience, it was at another level, Megan was very kind and saw right away what we were looking for, I had my wife doing the test drive this time and she was able to drive the CRV in the highway, also Megan explained all the features of the vehicle and even toldnus what it was not included. Then after choosing the color she went looking for the VIN and understood we needed to the purchase as a person with work visa so she gave us the appropriate paperwork guidelines. Finally after collecting all documents we arranged an appointment with Megan for the car delivery. Great service and great attitude towards the client. Thanks More

Understanding my needs I was in need of an oil change, an air filter and a cabin filter. Not wanting to spend so much money at one time I was going to put off the cabin filt I was in need of an oil change, an air filter and a cabin filter. Not wanting to spend so much money at one time I was going to put off the cabin filter for a second time. My service tech knew I needed one and suggested that I buy the part and she would show me how to put it in. What wonderful service. More
