Long wait, poor customer service This was my first time in for service at this dealership. I had my 3 year old with me. I asked how long it would take and my advisor told me it woul This was my first time in for service at this dealership. I had my 3 year old with me. I asked how long it would take and my advisor told me it would be an hour and a half. My advisor did not update me on the status of my vehicle until I had been there nearly 2 and a half hours. When he finally came to me with the paperwork after having been there 2 and a half hours, he didn't mention anything about my brakes which require immediate attention or the other issues with my vehicle that were noticed in the inspection. He used a trite phrase such as "I'll talk to my manager about that" when questioned why it took so long, but there was never any follow through that I saw or response from the manager. And any decent service center I've been to always personally tells you if something on your vehicle requires immediate attention. More

I think you have too much business, therfore someone has to wait (I had an appoimtment,but that did not seem to matter. Either get more help, or get out of the business. People do not want yo wait!!!!! Air pressure in tires varied from 41 lbs to 38-seriously-doubt any one checked the air pressure!!! More

Labor costs The fact I paid $70 in just LABOR replacing the air filters turns me off to ever coming back to this particular service center. Unfortunate since I th The fact I paid $70 in just LABOR replacing the air filters turns me off to ever coming back to this particular service center. Unfortunate since I think so highly of the brand. It literally takes 5 maybe 10 minutes to replace these 2 filters so the per hour labor cost comes out to $840/hr. Seriously? At least update customers on the new cost line by line before the fact so they can decide if they wish to install these parts themselves or have someone else do them More
