Thank you Lo (Birdy) I had been car shopping for quite some time. I stopped by Luther Brookdale Honda 2 months ago and met with Lo. I was window shopping at the time. Lo was very resourceful and did not try to force me into purchasing a vehicle at that time. He provided me with some brochures and answered my questions. He followed up with me multiple times. I kept in touch with him as I continued to car shop. I was ready to lease a vehicle about a week ago and I contacted Lo right away. I shared with him what I was looking for beforehand. He told me he only had 1-BLACK 2018 Honda Civic left. I told him I would be there the next morning. I scheduled an appointment with him. He had everything ready for me upon my arrival the following morning. It was such a smooth process. Thank you LO! Also, thank you to Steven Evans who helped keep my 2 young nephews occupied while I was working with Lo. More
