The whole experience just didn’t feel genuine, not sure if it was just an off day or what. I’ve had two coworkers buy their cars at this location and they had good experiences so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m happy to have my “new” used car, but I don’t know who to go to if I have more questions. Not very impressed. Example- when test driving the car, I saw there was a hatch back cover and one would only think that a used car comes with what’s in it. When picking up the car, it did not come with it, I asked why and I was told that if I would have upgraded it would come with it. How does one upgraded used car? Again, love the car, just not very impressed with the service. More

Very disappointing seeing that I have a Pilot that cost me over $50000 bought at their dealership!!! More
