It was my first time at a Honda Service Center and my experience was great. All the staff were very helpful and I didn't have to wait long for an advisor. I brought my car in. Was told a couple hours. Waited for 4 hours before someone came and told me my original advisor had to leave and that my car would be done soon. Anot Was told a couple hours. Waited for 4 hours before someone came and told me my original advisor had to leave and that my car would be done soon. Another hour later I was told they aren't sure what is going on and had no update on my car so they were going to get a a rental. After another hour I finally got my rental and was able to go to work. I was originally told the tire leaking was due to a poor installation (I got the tires installed here too). No mention of that ever again and no real explanation as to what happened or why it took so long after a 2 hour estimate. Everything was covered and I didn't pay since they were under warranty I think. The very next day the tire was flat again. So we called and were told to stop by. Our advisor at that time was very helpful.and apologetic and made sure we knew what was going on. I didn't want to write a review because I don't blame the advisors at all due to the situation but was very surprised a manager never stepped in or explained why nobody could tell me about my car. I'm only writing this because I've received way too many texts asking for a review so here you go. More
