As a 22 year old woman, it was intimidating to walk into the dealership by myself, however Aaron helped me feel at ease. I was initially contacted by Aaron after seeking information online for the CR-V. His text-responses to some of my pre-test drive questions were practically instantaneous, even at 11:30 PM. I originally had my heart set on a Mazda CX-5, but after sitting in the CR-V, I knew that the Honda was the car for me. Not only was the CR-V everything I wanted in a car, but it was also a part of the Honda family. I absolutely loved my 2007 Honda’s Civic, so it was incredibly hard to even imagine myself in a Mazda. Like I said, the second I sat in the CR-V, I knew that I needed to drive away in it. After a long process of certifying my recent graduation and my financial status as a new business owner, Valerie from the Finance Department put all my worries to rest as she explained every detail that went along with my new car lease. She even worked with Honda to bump up my credit score so that I could be approved for the lease deal possible. All in all, as excited I am about my recent purchase, I am even more excited to comeback to Luther Brookdale Honda for my next vehicle! Thank you all for helping me get the car of my dreams!! More

Customer service was okay I was told the car went thru so many reviews. When I left the dealer I noticed one back light was not working. I tried to have it fixed that same day I was told the car went thru so many reviews. When I left the dealer I noticed one back light was not working. I was told the car came with 2 controls which after I bought the car I was notified that they did not had the second key. I leave 1 1/2 hour away so I had to make arranges to come back to get the new control and get the light fixed. More
