Unethical and extremely rude! I brought my van in to inspect electrical concerns after I was rear-ended. I mentioned that there was not a rear tether point on one of our seats and I brought my van in to inspect electrical concerns after I was rear-ended. I mentioned that there was not a rear tether point on one of our seats and they said they would look at it. We signed for a $300 bill assuming all would be paid for by our insurance company since we were getting the inspection after an accident. Nowhere on the estimate did they break down the charges or indicate they were going to charge me to look at the seat. We later find out they charged us $74 to pull some carpet out of the car seat tether. We WOULD NOT have authorized this charge if we had know they were going to charge for it. After pushing the Service Manager, he refused to refund the amount so I asked to speak with the general manager. I had to wait to receive a call back, and it was a doozy. I cannot believe how rude he was. The call started with an arrogant and demeaning "So I understand you don't want my mechanics to get paid for the work that they do". This was clearly not the case and attempting to explain that lack of communication was my issue went nowhere. I cannot express enough how rude this man was and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Full disclosure, I did eventually get reimbursed for the $74, but the classlessness of the GM came through as he stated "I will refund you under one condition, that you do not come here for service again". Again, my issue was a lack of communication on charges... If you expect to be treated fairly, with clear upfront expectations on charges, they clearly don't want your business as indicated by the General Manager's final statement. More

They were like you don't have good credit on you and stuff. They were offering me a way higher interest rate than what I got myself. So, I would not recommend to get your car financed from this dealership. More

Sales was great, Finance was pushy Kortney at the dealership was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and let me shop at my own pace.
