Great mechanic, poor Express advisor We entered this dealership on Thursday March 22, 2018 for an oil change. Had a coupon from them for $19.95. Didn't realize that it was expired. Howeve We entered this dealership on Thursday March 22, 2018 for an oil change. Had a coupon from them for $19.95. Didn't realize that it was expired. However, on their website, was the same coupon for $29.95 oil change with the same exact code. Before we presented our coupon, our advisor tried to charge us the full price for the oil change, which is $69.95. Then she act-a-fool after we presented our coupon, playing the "I didn't know" face. We told her we would like our tires rotated. She wanted to charge us for that. We told her we purchased the tires here, and she replied we would get free tire rotation. What we didn't like was she know of all the coupons listed at the dealership website, but played a fool until you presented to them. Just like, our lifetime free tire rotation. In any business, you would want to impress your customer so they can come back. However, she would make us think twice in order to come back next time. Furthermore. the $10 difference between $19.95 and $29.95 isn't that much. But to gain the difference and not having your customer come back is the BIGGEST difference of all. More
