The one thing that I think could be improved is having some sinage for where customers should be going (maybe I just missed it) after parking. So this time I knew where I was going but last time I was in the service garage I was confused if someone would come out and geeet me and ask if I needed help/had an appointment or whether I should talk to the people at the desk inside the garage OR do I go talk to the people adjacent to the garage past the glass doors. Having someone to direct customers to where they should go would be helpful or just having employees tell customers where to go to get checked in. More
