The service was prescheduled, was a simple diagnosis however it took 3 hours to receive the diagnosis…even though I was told upon entering they had seen the same issue the week prior and know what it is however it took 3 hours to receive the diagnosis…even though I was told upon entering they had seen the same issue the week prior and know what it is but want to hook it up to the computer to be sure. I received no update until three hours after my scheduled time and was told they need to do $1000 of dollars of work for a stuck heater door. This is the last time I will go to Luther Brookdale Honda as they are always taking exuberant amounts of time to do the simplest of tasks and also over charge compared to other dealers and service shops with the same product…I guess corporate wants bigger bonuses!
