Drop off 2-24 2019 My car got washed on 2-23-2018 and the next day my lock was frozen on my car and I couldn’t turn the key. I thought this was why my lock was frozen. My car got washed on 2-23-2018 and the next day my lock was frozen on my car and I couldn’t turn the key. I thought this was why my lock was frozen. so I called the car dealer and wanted to bring it in to see if they could fix it but they said they had no appointment s that day which was understandable. So I asked if I could bring it in and drop it off and if they could keep it inside for a couple of hours to see if that would thaw the lock out. The advisor said I could do this. I brought it in and talked to another advisor and she said they could keep inside also, so I left it there. I told the advisor if they could not do this that was fine and I would take it back home because I didn’t want to leave it outside because we were going to get a snow storm.I got 5 minutes down the road and the advisor called me back and said that the manager so that they could not keep the car inside so I came back to pick the car. All of this went on in the midst of my alarm kept going off because I had to get a towing company open my door to get into the car because my lock was frozen and my key fob didn’t work. When I got back to the car dealer they said the car was outside so I decided I could just go get it . When I went to start the car it wouldn’t start because the service tech disconnected the battery and the horn. Overall I don’t think in this situation anybody at the dealer was helpful. I figured out that once my keyfob battery got replaced all I had to do was to unlock and lock the car to get the security system to reset. I would have thought that the service group would have known how to reset my security system so it would not go off every time I opened the door. The dealer’s solution was to just disconnect the battery. I think I worked with Crystal and she was nice. I also talked to some one else on the phone but I can’t remember who that was. I don’t know who the service manager was that day. More
Great experience working with Ryan Giles! Ryan Giles was very courteous and professional to work with. He was personable and a pleasure to do business with. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely work with him again in the future. There was a $9K error that was charged to our our credit card for part of the purchase of our vehicle. When we called and talked to Ryan Mattson about it he said it “wasn’t such a big deal” and said it’d be corrected. We both work in finance in jobs and feel additional checks should be in place so this doesn’t happen again. Currently our card shows the $9k overage with a supposed credit coming. A HUGE inconvenience to our finances. Think about it it happened to you. Very disappointed in the response More

Expensive and long My keys were taken off my key chain and the stuff told me that they’ll put it back on for me. So when I got to checkout and paid for my service, I ask My keys were taken off my key chain and the stuff told me that they’ll put it back on for me. So when I got to checkout and paid for my service, I asked the lady if she could please put it back on for me as I have no nails and the employee who took it off said they’d put it back on. She huffed about it like it was the worse thing she had to do in her entire life. Like she couldn’t take 2 seconds of her time to help me out even though Honda did say they would put my key back on. Then she bent the key wrong soooo lose that my key would’ve fallen off my chain. Then of course I just went it for an oil change. It was recommended I need new air filters cause mine was dirty. I said sure! Of course the labor was more expensive then both the parts combined! I mean really??? $60.00 to slide in and out air filters?? Jesus Christ. I was not happy at all. More
