Straight to the point I have brought in my CRV twice and had a Civic there once and all times were great experiences. I tell them what I need done to my car and they fix it I have brought in my CRV twice and had a Civic there once and all times were great experiences. I tell them what I need done to my car and they fix it and that’s that, they don’t nitpick everything about your car and tell you to pay more. And I haven’t had a reason to bring my car(s) back, except for general maintenance. I certainly have my trust with the employees to work on my car. More

Efficient I had a great experience with your dealership. I felt the communication ahead of time was a big reason. I didn't want to get bogged down in a long p I had a great experience with your dealership. I felt the communication ahead of time was a big reason. I didn't want to get bogged down in a long process. I knew what I wanted and communicated that to my salesperson Chad. Chad communicated effectively with me and I left happy with a new CRV. The only recommendation I would have is to allow a 2nd passenger to sit in the front seat. It was a cold day, and my wife was denied the passenger seat and asked to ride in back. Needless to say, I had to hear about it all the way home. You may have a policy on this, or it may have been personal choice. Either way, please listen closer to customer requests. More

Cooperative We had done a lot of research before we arrived at the dealership. We decided what model and agreed on a price over the phone. When we got to the dealership the salesman (Scott) was helpful, he even came in on his day off, moved the process along quickly. We live about 3 hours away so it was nice to get back on the road with our new Pilot quickly. More

Good until Jared had to leave. The only problem I had was, it took 2hrs for me to get my car back from an oil change, when I was told it would take hour to hour 15min.
