Oil change took 2 hours I had an appointment at 7:45am and got there a little early. Expected the longest it would take is an hour. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I started losing my patience and went to find someone. No one had updated me on the status or why it could possibly be taking so long. After I asked it took him a couple minutes to find the keys and paperwork that apparently were just sitting there, who knows how long. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to find me and send me on my way. Unacceptable. Completely unacceptable. I’ve been a customer for 12 years which is why I’ll give them one more chance. If it happens again, I’m moving on. More
