We first looked at a Used car, and then started to look at a new car. Chad answered all of our questions, always text or called back right away, and always explained any questions/ concerns we had. We could trust him right away. We went to a few dealerships and as we were car shopping, and a lot of sales people just do not care. We decided to get a new 2017 Honda Accord Touring. This was our first Honda and yes, I am sure it isn't rocket science, but Chad took his time and explained all features in the delivery bay at Honda Luther. He made sure all of the checkpoints on the delivery paper was completed, my seat was set, the mirrors set, my phone setup etc. Chad even helped me get the best price on the car. He was able to work with me, and his manager to get the best price on the car. Once I left the dealership, that was not the end of it. Chad did 2-3 follow ups, less than a week of me purchasing the car! This is suprising to me. Most sales people would be done with the customer once the customer left. But for Chad, referrals and long term relationships and making sure the customer is happy, makes him happy. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Chad a 10 for great customer service and being helpful. We started texting about the vehicle model I wanted and I inquired online about a Honda Pilot and to my surprise Chad got back to me within an hour. We started texting about the vehicle model I wanted and the featured I wanted. I was shocked that within a matter of 3 hours going back and forth via text I had purchased a vehicle. I had been in talks with another dealership and they were dragging their feet on getting me the pricing information I needed to make a deal so that dealership lost out on my business. looking for a vehicle that suits my wife and myself. We test drove a GMC Canyon but it was rough riding and to big for my wife. The Honda we felt is good for both of us.
