Awesome Service! After going to the auto show, we stopped into Luther Brookdale Honda to take a look at what we could find for a new or used Honda CR-V. Scott stopped to chat with us and jumped right in to answer any questions we had. We mentioned we had been in a couple weeks prior and he was concerned about making sure the original sales person we worked with would get credit as needed. He spent a couple hours with us, helping talk through new vs used pricing and then, ultimately, driving us through the new vehicles on a golf cart in order to pick colors and the vehicle we were going to take home that night. We kept him about a half hour past closing, along with Dave Mix the Finance Manager. They worked with us on pricing and we were able to agree on a great price for us! Both made sure we got all the paperwork completed and out the door with everything we needed... all of this on a Saturday evening! We absolutely LOVE our new CR-V and would highly recommend Scott, Dave, and Brookdale Honda. More

Very worry free. Scott was so patient and willing to answer all our questions even if he had to tell us again. If he didn't know the answer he got help. I recently underwent chemo therapy, so I would have to go over things a few times. Scott was willing to even walk all the way across the lot again and again if we had a question of vehicles, which one we tried and colors etc. I felt I could leave anytime, different from some dealerships I dealt with.
