Last week I took my Accord in for routine maintenance and Whitney stopped out in the service area to say "hi" .. I casually mentioned that leasing might be a better option for me at this point...she was on it! she asked me what I was thinking, my preferences ... wham, bam!! I'm test driving a 2016 Honda Civic. Both times I have worked with Whitney she has been super easy to deal with. She is very professional, but in a laid-back way; high pressure sales is definitely NOT her thing. She had the answers to alllll of my questions; and she knew her inventory, which meant I wasn't sitting around waiting while she "went to go check" I have already recommended Whitney to a couple of friends and will continue "spreading the word" ... She gets it done ... and you have fun doing it. What could be better than that?! More

It had been a long time since purchasing a new car and I had been to other dealerships and gotten less than excellent customer service. Scott was friendly, attentive and answered any question that came up. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or purchase.
