I was told it would take an hour to an hour and ten minutes.(I had an appt.) I waited in a nice lounge that had an amazing coffee machine, water, and cookies, all complimentary. A vehicle shopping experience While many folks seem to detest shopping for vehicles, I'm just the opposite...I think that it's a FUN thing to do...Living in Northfield, MN, we're w While many folks seem to detest shopping for vehicles, I'm just the opposite...I think that it's a FUN thing to do...Living in Northfield, MN, we're within an hour's drive of nine HONDA dealerships...About a month ago, we were on a mission to buy a PILOT EX-L (black exterior/interior with body side moldings and rubber floor mats) after suffering from a very severe case of new vehicle fever...The reason for buying a HONDA vehicle was inspired by a HONDA snow blower which was purchased a year ago...I was so impressed with the engineering and quality of it and concluded that if they built vehicles like that, then that's what we wanted to buy...We were not really on a price-shopping mission either as we suspected that with the very recent introduction of the newly-designed PILOT for 2016 that there would only be pocket-change differences from dealership to dealership...But, what we were looking for was the overall attitude and demeanor that was most appealing of the sales person whom we would first connect with at a dealership...Joe Haertzen of Luther Brookdale Honda rang the bell!!!...
