Just bought our 3rd car from Nash, a great guy & salesman We just bought a new Honda Accord and Nash as usual was efficient and helpful. We have known Nash since 2005 when we bought our Pilot from him. (It is still a great running car!) Nash made sure that we got the options on our new Accord were what we wanted and the finance process with Kevin, I believe, went all too easy. :-) We continue to enjoy Brookdale Service as well. One time I called to make an appointment and was told that I was too early and needed to wait a bit longer. That was great! More

Terrible Customer Service Scheduled an appointment online but didn't get a confirmation so I went in at the requested time just to be safe. Was met with some pretty terrible customer service. I specifically requested to see a car found on the website to be told that it didn't exist but was pushed on to the lot. Yet, when we got to the lot we found them--maybe he doesn't know the inventory. Then he told me "what if I could sell you a new one for the same price" despite the fact that he didn't ask me what I wanted/interested in or how much I wanted to spend. Further, the website listed the car on special but apparently specials just mean the same price as normal. In general, I thin that is a pretty lame move. The salesperson was rude and pushy throughout the interaction. At one point, the salesperson suggested that I was lying about seeing a newer model of the same car at the same price at another dealer--despite giving the name and ability to pull the offer up on my phone. Then he lectured me that it was likely untrue/impossible and that I should call ahead to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into and as to not waste anyone's time. At this point, I wouldn't have bought a car from him at any point. So I left and went and bought the other model and had an amazing experience "wasting" someone's time that actually wanted to sell a car. That said, I did see some other sales people that seemed like they weren't completely useless/rude so maybe there is hope for this place. It seems pretty unlikely though! Buyers, come prepared with information--quotes from other dealers & know your invoice prices! More

The Honda Crosstour was recommended to us by Ben Haertzen and the minute we sat in it we were sold. Joe Haertzen sealed the deal and dialed us up. He showed me the bells and whistle (which were many) and taught me how to set the car up to my preferences. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. We feel like we got a great deal with our trade in and were treated extremely well. Adam in finance was also very efficient and explained the numbers simply. Amazing Customer Service I have been a Brookdale Honda customer since 2003. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgable and extremely courteous. The new service center and waiting areas are comfortable and add to the overall experience. When I traded in my 2003 Odessey bought my 2015 Honda Pilot last October I was introduced to Julia Garbarino and she made me feel at ease with finding the right vehicle and getting the sale completed. She is very professional and caring. My last appointment was with the service center and Ben Wysocki. He made sure that the issue with my CD player was resolved and I again left Brookdale Honda with a smile on my face. Ben was very good at making me feel that I received the best service possible. He is friendly, knowledgable and respectful. which are 3 qualities that I look for as a customer. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Brookdale Honda and have recommended the dealership and the staff to family and friends. Kudos for making me a longtime Happy Honda Owner.
