Couldn't have been better I went in to look at a used Ford Focus because I've always had used cars. I didn't really know much about leasing, so I never considered it. Mike Roycraft took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, and even drew up a long-term price comparison. After getting to know my situation (loan debt, job outlook, etc.), he set me up with a brand new Honda Civic that I plan on leasing to own. This way I can keep the money I saved up to purchase a used car in case of emergency, and I get a new car that is reliable and under warranty for the life of the lease. Mike couldn't have fit me with a better vehicle, and I truly appreciate the time he took to set me up with the right option. I'll never shop for a car anywhere else. More

Neither were pushy, but simply there to offer their knowledge and help. We weren't even necessarily looking for a Honda when we pulled in there...it was the first place we looked. After speaking with these honest, likeble men, however, we decided we wanted to do our business there. (we did actually look around before making our final decision, and realized nothing compared to there.) We have brought our van into the service center to have a scratch on the paint fixed, and we were very impressed with their service and willingness to help us out. Particularly Maurice and Shane...that's who we've dealt with. We are definitely Luther Honda customers from now on!! More

Ben has always been very honest and doesn't make me feel "gouged" when I bring in my car. More

Thumbs Down My in-laws (92 and 88 years old) bought a new Honda in January and it came with the windshield wiper blade improperly attached. They drove the vehicle My in-laws (92 and 88 years old) bought a new Honda in January and it came with the windshield wiper blade improperly attached. They drove the vehicle to Florida and when they met with rain, the blade did not clear the passenger side of the windshield properly, plus did not sound quite right to my mother-in-law. Due to health issues, I drove their vehicle back in February to Minnesota and during a rain storm, noticed the rubber part of the blade was not attached properly and slid it up. There was a permanent etching in the windshield from the missing blade. When returning the vehicle for service, I mentioned this to the service department thinking they would replace the windshield without question. Well, they "theorized" that a rock or tree sap must have caused the etching and want my in-laws to go through their insurance. They totally discarded my description of fixing the blade and seem to be taking advantage of an elderly couple. Unbelievable! I'll be taking this issue up with the higher ups, but this dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with! Very poor service and follow-up communication! More

Bought a used Accord I called on a specific vehicle that I saw on the Luther website. When I called to inquire about the car I spoke with Chris Neice. He took care of my credit application over the phone and worked with the finance department to get me approved. The whole process took less than three hours and I was approved for the car I wanted. Chris had a vacation planned so he passed my info off to James Miller, who took care of the rest of the sale and showed me the car later that night when I came in to look at it. When I sat down with the finance department there was a misunderstanding and the monthly payment was higher than what I was originally told. I brought this up and without hesitation, they adjusted the numbers to get my payment down to ehat I was originally told it would be. Ultimately I left the dealership in a great car for a great price and my experience with Luther Brookdale Honda was nothing short of excellent. More
