When we sat down to talk he explained the features of the car I had expressed interest in and when I didn't understand something he very graciously went back over the details again. When we were working out a day and time to do the test drive he even offered to come in on his day off. Just knowing that he was willing to do that meant a lot to me. I would work with him anytime that I need a car and would recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a great salesman. More

Great service, very accommodating! I brought the car in for brakes assessment and a "clunking" noise from the right, upper driver's side. I worked with Ben, who was efficient, patient a I brought the car in for brakes assessment and a "clunking" noise from the right, upper driver's side. I worked with Ben, who was efficient, patient and accommodating. The "clunking" noise required significant repair initially estimated (along with the brakes/rotors) to be close to 2 grand. Ben worked with my extended wrap warranty people and took care of everything and I was only responsible for the brakes and my warranty deductible. Due to the parts not being readily available and a delay in shipment of parts (outside of Ben's control), he secured a loaner car AT NO COST TO ME for the 6 days my car was in the shop. In addition, he kept me in the loop and the car repairs came in slightly under what my initial quote was (when does that ever happen?)...The gentlemen working the courtesy car area (didn't get his name) was great to work with. Good sense of humor, personable and extremely efficient. Got the car back yesterday and it's driving great! Thanks all! The reason the experience was not a 5-Star experience is the difficulty in getting a hold of anyone in service when calling the dealership. The three times I called/returned calls, I sat in a VRU and/or was VRU re-routed back to reception several times, who had to reroute me back to the service line. The call wait/hold times ranged from 7-23 minutes. The dealership may want to assess having a dedicated rep who answers the service phone, particularly during "peak" times (lunch, early evening/morning hours). More

I was told it would take an hour to an hour and ten minutes.(I had an appt.) I waited in a nice lounge that had an amazing coffee machine, water, and cookies, all complimentary.
