Great staff and facility! Really helped me out a great deal! I am from Ohio and travel for a living with a traveling military memorial. I was in the area and had an issue with one of my tires on my 2011 Honda Civic. I didn't feel comfortable driving the remaining 1,000 miles of my current trip with a bad tire so I called the kind folks at Luther Brookdale Honda. Within minutes I had an appointment confirmation and told that my bad tire was probably still covered under warranty. Upon arriving at a the service center, I was greeted promptly by Tyler. Before I knew it, I was sitting in the very comfortable waiting room while my tire was being replaced. Luckily my cost was minimal and I was able to get back to work soon after I arrived. I didn't have to wait until I got back to Ohio to visit my Honda dealership for repairs. Tyler was professional and kept me up to date on every step of the process. The kind folks at this facility really made my day by taking care of my problem, which allowed me to continue on my journey in a safe manner. Thank you! More

Intermittent starting problem Our 2008 Civic had an intermittent starting problem. Usually it started great, but sometimes the starter would not fully engage and it might take as m Our 2008 Civic had an intermittent starting problem. Usually it started great, but sometimes the starter would not fully engage and it might take as many as 20 on-offs with the ignition key to get it going. We lived with this for a while, but finally took it in to Brookdale Honda (where we bought it new and usually have it serviced) to see if they could find the problem. Chad Zastrow and his crew realized the battery (which tested great for me, and initially for them) had a bad cell that - once in a while - caused power loss at ignition. They replaced the battery and the problem seems to be solved. I appreciated the great diagnostic work because these intermittent electrical issues are very hard to track down. These guys have been great to work with for the 15 years our family has been driving Hondas. More
