To top it off I was given a coupon discount, which is always helpful. But their customer service is something these days seeming to find is RARE. They are very individualized in their interactions with customers, and they remember you from previous visits. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I will never return to this dealership after my last service visit. I was treated rudly and when I complained to upper management they made no effort I will never return to this dealership after my last service visit. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and all service for its 80000 miles has been done here. I'm now going to a different dealership to have the remaining warrantee work done. More
