Erin was very pleasant to deal with and seemed pretty well informed. She spoke too softly as it was hard for me to hear her. Everything took MUCH longer to accomplish than Erin explained....getting some touch up done on our new "used" car, getting tires exchanged, the whole sales process, etc. The most frustrating part of the sales process was having Erin running back & forth between me and the new sales manager, Ryan, regarding the trade in value of my vehicle. Finally Erin had Ryan meet directly with me and we were then able to finally clinch the deal after one additional try. I was a serious buyer determined to make a deal but the process was very frustrating. We are still waiting for the window sticker to be mailed to us as we told Erin we wanted to keep it for our records. One thing I was VERY disappointed in....the detailing on the car when it was ready for pickup. Two of the tires did not have any of the shiney spray on them....dull and dirty; the inside windows were not clean; the body of the car appeared to have a quick wash but was not wiped down very well as there were spots all over. Adam was fine to work with....very business like but little to no "bed side manner." It apppeared he was very busy and needed to get on with the next customer. More

My initial experience was fine. I bought a 2 year old 37,000 mile Toyota Corolla. They said they had inspected it and it was in good shape. 3 months later the engine light is on and the dealership is don 37,000 mile Toyota Corolla. This was our first visit to the dealership. We were very happy with Brad. He was very thorough and did a great job helping us find a car without putting pressure on us to buy. We drove out of there with a new car that we got for a fair price. Also, thanks to the shop guy (sorry...we didn't get your name) who stayed after closing to get the car ready for us to drive. I was very pleased with the level of service and the information I received from Brad. I had very little time to be in the dealership so we did much of the sale over the phone and he was very helpful a information I received from Brad. Since I didn't have time to look at the car during business hours I decided to drive by the dealership after hours just to peek at the car and they were just closing up and stayed so that I could look at the car, which I appreciated immensely. Everyone was very professional and I would give them the highest ratings across the board. And I love the car too, which helps. More
This is my second purchase from this dealership. Sales worked with me to get the model, features, and color I wanted not having this vehicle in stock. Communication was excellent. Here they offered third party extended warranties and added material protection packages to meet my low annual mileage but long term ownership plans extending the manufacturer's warranties and adding full bumper-to-bumper coverage. (70,000 total miles/10 years). The electronics alone demanded long term coverage. The model was a 2011 Honda Pilot EX. More
I really dread buying or leasing a new car,but Lonnie was I really dread buying or leasing a new car,but Lonnie was easy going(not pushy)when my wife could not make up her mind between the Fit and the civic I really dread buying or leasing a new car,but Lonnie was easy going(not pushy)when my wife could not make up her mind between the Fit and the civic(this went on for a while)Lonnie pulled both cars around for her to test drive. Once we drove both it was a no-brainer to go for the smoother Civic(even though she eally wanted a bright red car)and he civic was not available in brigh red for the deal we were making. Lonnie explained everything to us and was very layed back and really seemed like he wanted to make it as easy as possible for us! Then ben took over and my god that guy can type in that computer fast. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. I would like to thank everyone at Brookdale Honda(my wife loves her new car!!!)now we have to figure out how she can stay below the mileage every year(cause the car is such a nice driving car)!! When I decided I wanted a new car, the person I was working with was a bit relunctant to pass me over to the new car side (understandably so, since I then had to work with a different sales agent) - I was told it would be quick to come in and sign the paperwork and I ended up waiting around awhile for the paperwork to be ready - not sure if it was because it was really busy or just because they couldn't prepare it an advance of me being there and it took longer than expected for some reason. Overall though I had a great experience at this dealership. I didn't feel like Quinn was pushy at all (which is one of the things that would annoy me the most). She helped us to get all the paperwork taken care of quickly and efficiently, which was a little more difficult than usual because my co-buyer lived out of town. More
