Your dealership is. Great, unfortunately honda is not customer friendly. I have a son 100% disability vet who has a 2006 pilot in Connecticut with the back rusted off. Unfair warranty coverage. Purchased extended warranty for $1700 when we bought the car, but never tried to use it until now. How come a sun visor isn't covered! How is that not any different from any other covered thing that breaks down prematurely? - Also, how can it cost $160 of labor to replace a sun visor! - I was then quoted a final price of $250. When I received the bill, it was $330! Nothing was good about my experience. Will now continue to only use a dealer for warranty work! Not trust worthy!! What good is an extended warranty!! More
