Took a lot longer than expected to fix my car and wasn’t offered a loaner until a week later. Also, I asked twice if someone could appraise my car for a trade in as I was interested in looking at a new car offered a loaner until a week later. Also, I asked twice if someone could appraise my car for a trade in as I was interested in looking at a new car and trading it in. I spent over $2,000 dollars and couldn’t even get a trade in value for my car after it was sitting there for over a week. I will be going elsewhere from now on. More
