I called several times asking for advice on my battery and the service staff responded with good information. When the battery completely died, Abe set up an appointment right away for me and the vehicle and the service staff responded with good information. When the battery completely died, Abe set up an appointment right away for me and the vehicle was serviced within a few hours of the appointment. My only issue was the vehicle was in for its 52,000 mile maintenance and the battery was not checked at that time. With the cold temperatures last week, the battery failed totally. Luther might want to add that to its maintenance check list in the future. More
