Jeff went above the line of duty in attempting to diagnose and repair my car. He had to incorporate the GM engineers to get to the bottom of the problem. It took a few days but he was tenacious in fi diagnose and repair my car. He had to incorporate the GM engineers to get to the bottom of the problem.
