Disappointed- auto was dirty when we test drove and didn’t see scratched spots. Took delivery and damage on passenger side was now visible. Setup an appointment to get the CUE screen fixed on my car. Communication was great. Service was fast. The car was quickly picked up Friday, worked on Saturday and returned Tuesday. I am usually satisfied with the service, however, this time I was disappointed in the scheduling of my service. During a routine maintenance, they found a part that needed to be replaced, I made an appoi time I was disappointed in the scheduling of my service. During a routine maintenance, they found a part that needed to be replaced, I made an appointment 9 business days later to have that work done, I found out that the parts hadn’t even been ordered so I had to wait an additional day so the part could be sent overnight from Detroit. Very inconvenient for me and the service department!! More
