I was good with the entire deal, until the follow up. I like the car, good deal. On Saturday they said they’d cancel my credit card down payment, as I paid in cash. I called the next day and wound up being passed to 5 different ppl as the ppl I did business with had days off. Again, I liked the car, the lack of follow up kind of sends a message though. More
I ended up paying for work that should have beenpayed for by the warrenty if the original diagnoses would have been correct. They had to do the work twice to get it right. I got stuck with the bill for the second time they took it apart. (About $500) Then after I picked up vehical I notice a scuff on lower passinger side front bumper. I know it was not there before when I dropped off my vehical. The work they did seems to be fine. Truck runs good but I never noticed any problem with how it ran before I brought it in. The reason I brought it in was because a check engine light came on. They did a good job with the rear door shock. That seems to be working fine now. Every body there werevary pleasant to work with no issues there. Charlie was very good at explaining what was going on and kept me informed even though I dont believe some of what I was told. I know exactly how injecters work. I am very knowlagable when it come to the machanics of car engines. I have rebuilt motors and have done alot of work on cars myself....Nnot a good experience/result so far. More

Had a good experience with a warranty replacement. Took awhile for the parts to arrive due to covid but communication over the months was good, deadlines were extended.
