AC Repair 10 months ago Luther Cadillac replaced my AC. It went out again and now almost $1000 later it needed to be repaired. The service person called me to t 10 months ago Luther Cadillac replaced my AC. It went out again and now almost $1000 later it needed to be repaired. The service person called me to tell me the bill was going to be $864.13 then after the repairs were made be called and said they needed to add an $8 part so the new total was going to be $990. I questioned how that math worked and he instantly responded with, "Oh, we will just do the lower amount." I don't understand how this only operated for 10 months and I don't trust how they charge for parts/labor. Extremely upset and will never use or recommend your company again. Friendly people but the trust is gone. More
