A total Cluster**** I am from out of state and had purchased a new Cadillac Escalade via phone, email, and text, agreeing on all terms, and furnished the dealership with I am from out of state and had purchased a new Cadillac Escalade via phone, email, and text, agreeing on all terms, and furnished the dealership with all necessary documents including Driver's License, Insurance Card, Credit Card for down payment to hold the vehicle, (no financing involved) etc so that when I arrived to pick it up I would need only to write a check and leave. All dollar amounts were agreed upon. When I arrived, the dollar amounts on the Sales Contract were different, the sales tax and registration had not been figured as previously agreed upon, and final amount due was different. After working through the discrepancies, which took far longer than I had planned to be there, I departed for my long (1650 mile) drive home. After arriving home, I discovered that I did not have the wheel lock key, good thing I didn't have a flat tire! I called and they FedEx'ed it - to the WRONG address! One week later, they FedEx'ed the papers necessary to register, title, and license the vehicle to the same WRONG address! This time, their ineptitude had dire consequences as the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin was lost. Replacement takes a very long time and I was fined a late Registration Fee and I had a vehicle that I could not use for more than a month. I asked for compensation and was told to go to xxxx. I am taking this up with Cadillac Customer Service. More

But, they kept suggesting upgrades like dent and ding coverage, 3M film etc, but hen they made it vary hard to learn about these options or provide pricing... The vehicle makes a noise through the drivers window at 75mph, so we will see how they handle that... More

Service was great! I do however have a couple coments. In the past my car was washed before I picked it up which was really nice! This time it was not and they left all the plastic protective sheets on every the past my car was washed before I picked it up which was really nice! Charlie in servicing and the back room are awesome! The gals who check me out & assist in getting the loaner vehicle are always very friendly and kind. I was a little upset that i was told at my last service that i didn’t have enough miles on my car for my complimentary tire rotation but was promised it would be honored at my next service.
