This month my husband and I purchased a 2020 CT6 from Luther Cadillac ( formerly Wally McCarthy). This is the third Cadillac purchase from Luther. and our second from Alix. We have owned seven Cadillacs since 2005. Of all the sales professionals we have known, Alix is the most outstanding . He reads people very well, is a quick study on their values and quickly determines what is important to each client. My husband and I are very different people but Alix knows both of us well. We came to purchase a XT6 for my husband. I drive a 2018 XTS. . Alix was able to foster a deal that went from XT6 to XT5 to the purchase of the CT6 for me. My husband quite happily took the XTS. Alix showed exceptional patience throughout this 2 hour process. Alex made sure that we understood all the " bells and whistles" on the car. and how to engage and disengage them. He arranged to have the care delivered when I caught a cold during the COVID-19 period. Luther's service has been exemplary - courteous, prompt, honest, rational and timely. As a business owner, I was able to feel a sense of comfort in knowing that the exceptional customer service from Alix & Greg. They were there to "hand hold" and take care of my car needs so I didn't need to think about it- I could keep my focus on my business. Quite honestly, last October when it was time to work on a new lease, it appeared as though options for my taste were being limited. I informed the team that my loyalty at this point was for them than it was to Cadillac/GM.. we ordered a vehicle & then the strike... I extended my lease 2 times as we waited for the new vehicle and the new leasing programs. I was hopeful that we would see "loyalty" incentives or different options available... Unfortunately (for me) the new program was disappointing. Alix and Greg were instrumental and very reassuring that they were doing what they could on my behalf. It is ONLY because of them that I have now exchanged vehicles with Luther Cadillac.. I am sure a lot of unnecessary drama occurred on my part as I am very open- passionate with expressing my thoughts- they dealt with it/me in a way that was truly amazing. I am grateful to them. More

Car repair and purchase Had car problems on a trip trip home to Minnesota from Florida Towed the car to Luther. Worked with the Service Writer to complete the repair.
