Just a minor glitch My new XT4 had a minor glitch. I contacted Heather Bissell, my Sales Associate, and she arranged to have a loaner delivered and pick up the car. They said they’d deliver the car back to me but I returned the loaner to the dealership and bought a second XT4 since I was so impressed with the first one. Luther Cadillac was fabulous!! My wife and I stopped by Luther Cadillac late in the evening (half hour before closing) to look at the smaller Crossovers. We were greeted by Heather My wife and I stopped by Luther Cadillac late in the evening (half hour before closing) to look at the smaller Crossovers. We were greeted by Heather Bissell, a Sales Associate. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. After looking at the cars on the show floor, my wife wanted to drive the XT4. Heather took us on a nice leisurely test drive and pointed out all the features. Being very impressed with it, we asked her to hold it until the next day. Deciding on the XT4, I called the next day and worked out the deal. Very easy process. Picked the car up the next day!! Loved it so much, bought a second one 3 days later! Great Salesperson and Great Dealership!! More
