Simple oil change handled with skill and a smile. Plus some I hade an appointment to get my oil changed. I arrived. The mileage on my truck indicated a more thorough examination. t Instead of waiting for an I hade an appointment to get my oil changed. I arrived. The mileage on my truck indicated a more thorough examination. t Instead of waiting for an unkown amount of time, Charlie came to the rescue as always and found a loaner for me. I was able to work and run other errands. A fe. w other issues arouse once the inspection was done. The loaner was extended and all issues were dealt with with professionalism and a smile. I came to pick up my truck. Charlie asked me to listen to something. We both crawled into the truck. There was a strange noise that had not been there when i drove in. Charlies experience and professionalism identified it in a second. A leaf had somehow got into one of the blowing air chambers. He asked me to wait 5 minutes. The tech, with a smile, fixed it instantly He followed through and made sure it was perfect. I had the undivided attention of Charlie and the tech. (I'm sorry i don't know his name) They were both awesome. The issue was fixed at no cost to me. This is one more session where you guys went above and beyond. Oil Change The only work I had done on my Escalade was an Oil change. - After arriving back at work I received a call from Luther Cadillac telling me that the The only work I had done on my Escalade was an Oil change. - After arriving back at work I received a call from Luther Cadillac telling me that they think they may have left the oil funnel in the engine oil port opening. I went out to the parking lot lifted the hood and sure enough they were right. I got a flash light and looked for the oil port cap, finally finding it at under the motor on the under car protection plate. - While driving home I noticed the passenger seat had dirt and grease spots all over it? No one ever sits in the passenger side of my Escalade. When ever my wife and I go anywhere we take the Lexsus. The grease and dirt absolutely came from Luther Cadillac. More

Cheated and unsatisfied Inspection was “done” and everything checked good. Funny, there is no transmission fluid but yet it was checked as good. Funny, battery was so dead I had to go in twice to borrow a jump box, but again, battery was checked as good. Funny, warning lights were marked as good, but I know there are at least 6 pending... The work that I was quoted for isn’t even listed on the paperwork anywhere. Sad as I prefer to bring my car here. After this visit unlikely I would return, or refer anyone to bring their vehicle here. I feel 100% ripped off. More
