The pricing was a little bit of a surprise, booked the service appointment online, first time at the dealership, I purchased a used Cadillac from a private party. There was no disclosure either online for the pricing or when the car was dropped off. I had a oil change and had the look at the passenger seat heater not working. Price came back at $99.00. He did provide a quote for the seat heater repair, but did not leave me the quote. They did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. More
