My overall experience was great. I found my car and the dealer was very enthusiastic about it and great to work with! But he PROMISED a discount at first and then guaranteed it later I found my car and the dealer was very enthusiastic about it and great to work with! Truck was pick up at my house which was find. Went in for oil change, tires rotation, right step does not want to come out all the time. Service light is on the dash for Service drivers assist. T Went in for oil change, tires rotation, right step does not want to come out all the time. Service light is on the dash for Service drivers assist. They also did a 67,500 Service. Next day I used it, and the Service drivers assist is still on??? They never look into it???? Never clear the code???? Plus, they also inspected the right step and said it never gave them a problem, well three out of five times that I open the door the next day it did not come out????? I have a ninety-three-year-old mother that I had to take to a doctor appointment that next day and had problems with the steps. What kind of mechanic do you have working there? I'm very dissatisfied with your service department. More
