Problem with service Came in last Friday for Oilchange and tire rotation and a wiper blade change they forgot to rotate my tires and adjust my tire pressure so I called Came in last Friday for Oilchange and tire rotation and a wiper blade change they forgot to rotate my tires and adjust my tire pressure so I called and left a message on Saturday morning no one called back card again on Monday everybody was in a meeting so I went there after to finally talk to service rep about 10am when I got there the service advisor was very nice the service manager Jeremy Hartman was very rude to me and told me to go to another dealership if I didn’t like it. I never had a problem when it was Wally they New how to treat there customer... not take advantage of women . Better than usual They initially low balled me on the trade but changed the offer when I called them on it. Great Experience Stopped in to purchase a new car after an accident.
