You all have lost all your great people and it's starting to show... We brought our car in for a thermostat- it took 3 weeks for the part after we were told 2 weeks and to NOT drive the car. Not sure if this was due to the part or for a tech- not sure as we never got a straight answer. my husband was told one thing (no service techs and I was told the part was on back order) Our service writer was new so we never even talked to him but were told that his report card was to be for him- the new guy. Abe helped if you could call it that. Nobody told us anything, no loaner car as offered. When my husband called Abe to ask questions he didn't have any answers. I really used to feel cared for when Alix was there. Jeff in service was great but you lost him too I see. We were left feeling like it was nobodies problem- it REALLY wasn't your problem. I just bought this car in January 2023 after leasing for years thru you guys. I am car shopping and not with Luther Cadillac. I spoke to Alix about all of this, he spoke to Perry. Nobody called us... I think we're about done here. I do want to say the young guys who wash the cars seem to have pep in their steps- move then to service writing. More
My service advisor Charlie was able to work in replacing my taillights while I had my car there for another service. I was previously told they’d have to schedule the replacement in a separate appointment a my taillights while I had my car there for another service. Easy process from the time I called to confirm the vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that force vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that forced him to leave before I came back to take the car, he was very communicative through text to make sure I had everything that I needed and that someone else was available at the dealership to help me. *I did not work with the service department, just the Sales and Finance Dept., so some of these questions are not applicable. My rating is based on my experience with the dealership for the trade-in of a car and purchase of a new one. More
