Easy process from the time I called to confirm the vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that force vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that forced him to leave before I came back to take the car, he was very communicative through text to make sure I had everything that I needed and that someone else was available at the dealership to help me. *I did not work with the service department, just the Sales and Finance Dept., so some of these questions are not applicable. My rating is based on my experience with the dealership for the trade-in of a car and purchase of a new one. More

Charlie Youngquist went above and beyond to get me back on the road ASAP after blowing a tire on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon enroute from Duluth MN to NE Iowa. I had the car towed to the dealersh on the road ASAP after blowing a tire on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon enroute from Duluth MN to NE Iowa. I had the car towed to the dealership Sunday evening, walked in unannounced at 7 AM Monday, and Charlie took over. He provided exemplary service for a customer from out of the area, with no appointment. I told Charlie when I left the dealership, I'm buying my next Cadillac from Luther Roseville. More
