My Cadillac was in the shop for 10 days and I received an oil change. Several promises were made about the delay and it took 7 days before it was even evaluated. I indicated there was a strut problem and oil was leaking. Then I was asked to return the loaner and that parts were delayed...10 days after I drove my car into the dealership. I indicated my displeasure. Interesting, no one I had worked with was available when I picked up my vehicle. Finally, I received an email that the parts were in and I was scheduled for the repair - without any other contact. I purchased my cadillac new from Luther and had my warranty work completed there. NEVER AGAIN!! More

I had a fear of dealerships and car salesman before coming into Luther Cadillac. I was greeted kindly by Riley even though I looked like a scrub since I went right after work.
