It was ok, since I bought a vehicle that was not a Cadillac, they were not very knowledgeable about the car. They also wanted me to sign up to buy a bunch of oil changes, add it to my loan and pay int Cadillac, they were not very knowledgeable about the car. I brought my SRX in for a simple oil change. I asked that they look at the VIN and then evaluate work that had been done by the previous owner to see what else I needed to consider doing. Abe I asked that they look at the VIN and then evaluate work that had been done by the previous owner to see what else I needed to consider doing. Abe checked me in. He took his time and was diligent in walking me through the work that had been recently done, that which I should consider doing soon and the work that was on the horizon. I appreciated this approach. At the conclusion of the visit, he walked me though everything that they checked and one item to keep an eye on. There was no “scare tactic" to get this item to keep an eye on addressed immediately, but rather a sound, wait-and-see strategy to revisit it on my next oil change to see if had gotten worse. He also went over some other non-urgent concerns that I had and we discussed possible options. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience. More
